General Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers ("Customers or the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale ("Products") by the Seller on ("The Site") www.lilymajestic.com. The purpose of the Site is:

- to market all ready-to-wear goods and products, shoes, fashion items and accessories via the internet or in stores, purchase and sale, import and export of all textile goods or clothing and fashion accessories, and related activities attached thereto, and in general, all commercial, industrial, movable or financial operations relating directly or indirectly to or which may be useful for this purpose or likely to facilitate its achievement,

- to provide information concerning all of the Company's activities,

- to allow access to a virtual space allowing Users to interact with the Company.

The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products are presented on the Site, which the customer is required to read before ordering.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Product offers are subject to availability of stock, as specified when the order is placed.

These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the Site and will prevail over any other document.

The Customer declares having read these General Terms and Conditions and having accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before implementing the online ordering procedure on the Site.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.

Products:

We strive and do our best to present our products as clearly and accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual colours of the products.

Price :

Product prices are quoted in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be added to your order total before payment. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Orders:

It is up to the Customer to select on the Site the Products that he wishes to order, according to the following terms:

The Customer chooses a Product that he puts in his basket, Product that he can delete or modify before validating his order and accepting these general conditions of sale. He will then enter his contact details or connect to his space and choose the delivery method. After validation of the information, the order will be considered final.

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks.

The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any errors.

Payment :

Delivery :

We are committed to shipping the products as soon as possible after receiving your order. Delivery times depend on your delivery location and the chosen shipping method. Details regarding shipping costs and delivery options are available in our shipping policy.

Shipping will take place within 7 days to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the site.

If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 30 Days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the actions of the Customer, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the Customer. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him no later than fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address provided by the Customer when ordering and which the carrier can easily access.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of 14 days from delivery to make complaints by mail or email, accompanied by all relevant supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period and in the absence of having complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint may be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller will reimburse as soon as possible and at its own expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt of the products, in accordance with current legislation. Please see our returns policy for more information on how to exercise this right.

Warranty and Liability:

Our liability to you in respect of any defective product is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.

Applicable Law:

These general conditions of sale are governed by the laws in force in France. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of France.
